Asst. System Engineer

Responsibilities:

To response to log calls within the specified response period
To diagnose the log call issue received initially by telephone calls, if required, need to go to the station
To troubleshoot on the problem.
To ensure that for every visit to the site, the work done is recorded in the service report .
To prepare report on the issues at site, if required.
Requirements:

1.Degree or Diploma in any discipline of IT, or Electrical Engineering or any other related fields.
2.Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.
3.Candidate who posses basic understanding in Software and Hardware maintenance.
4.Energetic and required to travel.
5.Good interpersonal and communication skills.
6.Own car required.
