System Engineers

Responsibilities:

* To install, configure and troubleshoot backup software in INTEL/UNIX environment
* To manage day-to-day operations of the INTEL/CITRIX servers and to ensure that the security management and best practices are conformed to the standards/baseline set by customer
* To ensure that the system monitoring, performance analysis and tuning are performed in order to meet the service level objectives and standards
* To project manage or be part of the management team for related projects
* To take on-call and standby responsibilities in ensuring high availability and high performance of the Backup/Restore infrastructure
* Any other specific tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary for successful completion of related projects and/or services

Requirements:

* Minimum Bach. In Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
* Experience with CA-Brightstore and/or other large scale backup solutions, or
* Experience in supporting/implementing CITRIX/Terminal services technologies and/or SAP applications, or
* Sound knowledge of UNIX utilities and shell programming, or
* Basic knowledge in network administration, TCP/IP protocol suite and web connectivity, or
* Sound knowledge and experience in handling Windows 2003 and Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, DNS and other functional tools
* Must have strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
* Knowledge of archiving and business recovery methodologies and possess any of the following technical certifications is a plus (CCNA, CCA, MCSE, MCP)
* Industry knowledge and working experience of the oil and gas related businesses, government and construction

Systems Support Engineers, Systems Support Unit

Responsibilities:

* To provide computer operations support to the mainframes, mid range and micro processors to ensure the consistency, reliability, availability and stability
* To undertake performance improvement and monitor internal control and standards applied in providing system support to clients
* To execute effective resolutions of risks, issues, problems and incidents for the Department as well as supervise a team
* To take on-call and standby responsibilities in ensuring high availability and high performance of the Backup/Restore infrastructure
* Any other specific tasks and responsibilities deem necessary for successful completion of related projects and/or services

Requirements:

* Bach. In Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent disciplines, preferably with a recognized IT industry certification
* Knowledge of the technical components and its operating environment for either mainframe, mid range or micro processors
* Technical skills and knowledge of an operating environment 3 - 5 years of industry knowledge in leading and managing an IT services outfit
* Knowledge of IT service operations and system support management
* Proficient knowledge of the IT service operations and application solutions management and best practices
* Industry knowledge and working experience of the oil and gas related businesses, government and construction

Network Engineers

Responsibilities:

* To design, monitor, manage and implement proper LAN services to consistently ensure that the LAN services are available and are effectively and efficiently performing based on the indicated service levels.
* To be responsible for the LAN services team in the distributed geographies
* To support all Security and Operations of firewalls including appropriate monitoring via security tools and applications (firewall/VPN, SSL VPN, IDS/IPS, anti virus tools, etc)
* To perform computer forensic, design security infrastructure, manage security related projects and provide consultation on security related matter for all new project initiatives
* Industry knowledge and working experience of the oil and gas related businesses, government and construction

Requirements:

* Bach. or Diploma In Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunication and preferably with a recognized IT industry certification
* 3 - 5 years of industry knowledge of networking (WAN and LAN technology)
* Knowledge of network connectivity and architectures including ability to configure LAN/WAN routers
* Experience in leading project teams as well as in installing and configuring routers
* Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools
* Demonstrate good inter networking solutions knowledge
* Knowledge of the information technology industry including internetworking technology best practices
* Able to troubleshoot and solve complex networking problems

Network Operations Engineers (LAN)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for managing and ensure availability of LAN services and providing all support and change implementation for the distributed geographies (Bintulu, PeTT, Segamat, Kerteh, Melaka)
* Manage Network Login, Network File Access and LAN Printing (LAN Services)
* Plan and identify required vendor support for LAN services
* Manage LAN services reports and coordinated telecommunication services
* Identify and implement changes and improvement for issues and problems related to LAN services
* Monitor, analyse and report on LAN performance level to ensure that they are being met as indicated in the service levels
* Supervise and develop team in their technical roles

Requirements:

* Bach. Degree in Information Technology Engineering or equivalent disciplines, preferable with a recognized IT Industry Certification
* 3-5 years industry knowledge in leading and managing LAN technology
* Experienced in implementing LAN services in Microsoft, Notes, Novell
* Experienced in working in a team of LAN support Engineers
* Industry knowledge and working experience of the oil and gas related businesses, government and construction

Business Analysts

Responsibilities:

* To develop and implement functional solutions to provide clients with effective application solutions in accordance with clients service levels, including the configuration, testing and debugging of applications and training of end-users.

Requirements:

* Minimum Bach. In Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent disciplines, preferably with a recognized IT industry certification
* 1 - 3 years of industry knowledge of application functional support activities, including configuration and data maintenance
* Posses basic knowledge of the configuration and data maintenance of at least one major module of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application or a similar, commercially available application
* Understand clients' business imperatives, gained either through appropriate work experience or an appropriate business related qualification
* Able to assist with business modeling and assessment, perform process mapping and documentation
* Industry knowledge and working experience of the oil and gas related businesses, government and construction

Consultants

Responsibilities:

* To actively participates in end-to-end project delivery and ensure its smooth implementation
* To provide daily support for client in respective areas of SAP modules, i.e. FICO, NDP, MM, HR. SD, ERP and Logistics

Requirements:

* Bach. Degree or similar/equivalent certification
* Must have minimum 3 years of functional experience, or have completed 3 and 5 project cycles respectively
* Committed and able to work within tight deadlines
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Professional certification in SAP is an added advantage
* Industry knowledge and working experience of the oil and gas related businesses, government and construction

Operation Engineers

Responsibilities:

* Overall responsible to provide support on day-to-day operations at Data Centre, including troubleshooting and problem/incident resolution, in accordance to client's service levels
* Liaise with other team members with the Data Centre and also business partners to consistently deliver high quality service and continuously strive for performance improvement

Requirements:

* Bach. degree in Information Technology or equivalents disciplines, preferably with a recognized IT Industry Certification
* Possess well rounded knowledge of operating systems
* Industry knowledge and working experience of the oil and gas related businesses is an added advantage

System Analysts

Responsibilities:

* Responsible in planning, controlling and monitoring effective application solutions technical support and maintenance for all released SAP applications in accordance to clients service levels

Requirements:

* Bach. Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunication and preferably with a recognized IT industry certificate
* 3 - 5 years experience industry knowledge in application development and support
* Well rounded application knowledge of systems application development, office automation tools and internet base applications
* Industry knowledge and working experience of the oil and gas related businesses

Operation Assistants

Responsibilities:

* Support the daily telecommunication, voice and data network operational needs
* Support, trouble shoot and install PCs, printers, notebook and other IT peripherals daily
* Ensure all issues are resolved timely as per business requirement
* Plan and manage all problems related to the support services of telecommunication, network and IT peripherals
* Carry out both hardware and software audits

Requirements:

* Diploma/certificate in Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent disciplines, preferably with a recognized IT industry certification
* 3 years experience industry knowledge in an IT services outfit

Responsibilities:

* Expert in at least one development language (preferred .NET) and relational database (SQL Server preferred). However, Java or PHP and oracale are accepted as well.
